The system says importing data. How long does it generally take?

Importing data can take up to 20 minutes, but it typically completes in about 2 minutes.

Why are some of my SKUs not being repriced frequently?

If your SKU has reached its minimum price and the buy box price is lower, or if there is no need for a price change, those SKUs will not be repriced as frequently. Even if a repricing doesn’t occur, it means we received price changes but determined there was no need to adjust your price.

What if I don’t want to set up minimum and maximum prices?

Setting minimum and maximum prices is necessary for repricing. You can set these prices in bulk using the Excel upload or Bulk Min/Max module, or you can set them individually on the SKUs page.

What if I don’t have direct competition for my SKUs?

If you are the only seller for an ASIN, you might want to compete with other ASINs. Check the SKUs section of the manual to set up External Competitors, allowing you to be cheaper than other ASINs.

I’m an FBA seller and don’t want to be cheaper than merchant-fulfilled sellers. What can I do?

You can use FBA-specific strategies in the Configuration settings to avoid being priced lower than merchant-fulfilled sellers.

How can I apply different strategies to a group of SKUs?

You can create groups (either dynamic or manual) and set up a Configuration record for each group. If using Bulk Min/Max, you can create different rules for each group. This method works for most cases (about 99%). For unique situations, you can create Custom Logic to handle specific needs.
