🍕Bulk Min Max Tab
Basic Rules
Despite its name, the Basic module is a powerful tool for segmenting your SKUs and automatically assigning min and max prices. It allows you to segment your products based on unsold days. This module is particularly useful if you sell more than a few hundred products and want to avoid manually setting min and max prices.

When you press Create New, first you need to choose a group. System provides a group named All SKUs. You can create dynamic groups to filter your products automatically or create regular groups and assign the products to manually.
Creating a New Rule
1. Press Create New: Start by choosing a group. The system provides a default group named “All SKUs.”
2. Group Selection: You can create dynamic groups to automatically filter your products or create regular groups and manually assign products to them.

Rule Structure
A rule contains four sections:
Set Up Initial Min and Max Prices: Applies to SKUs without min and max prices, including future SKUs that will be added to the target group. This stage runs only once per SKU.
When SKU Can’t Compete: Applies to SKUs that have reached their minimum price and can’t secure the buy box.
When No Buy Box on Page: Applies to SKUs where Amazon hasn’t selected a buy box.
When On Buy Box: Applies to SKUs that currently hold the buy box.
Each section (except “Set Up Initial Min & Max”) can have multiple inner rules with various pricing options. You can preview, execute, inactivate, or delete these inner rules by clicking the appropriate button.

Example Scenario
Initial Min and Max Prices:
For SKUs without min and max prices (including future SKUs), the first rule will set the min and max prices based on the current price.
Example: If the current price is $20, the minimum price will be 90% of the current price, and the maximum price will be 25% more than the current price.
Can’t Compete Rules:
After 7 days, the system recalculates the min price as 90% of the initial price, allowing it to drop to $18 if needed. This rule runs every 2 days, reducing the current minimum by 5% if necessary.
After 15 days, the min price is based on 90% of the buy box price. To prevent rapid price decreases, the rule can drop the price by 5% at 2-day intervals, with a floor of $13.99.

No Buy Box on Page:
When there is no buy box, the system uses the lowest same-condition price (plus FBA cost if applicable) to calculate min and max prices. This method is effective for both new and used products, adjusting prices based on the lowest same-condition competitor price.

On Buy Box:
This rule can be inactive if you prefer. However, if you want to recalculate min and max prices for SKUs holding the buy box, you can create a rule for this scenario.
Additional Options
Min Price Can’t Be Lower Than: Ensures the min price doesn’t drop below a specified threshold.
Decrease at Most: Limits the maximum price decrease percentage.
Interval of Days: Sets the frequency of rule execution.
By using these rules, you can effectively manage your SKUs’ pricing strategies, ensuring competitive and dynamic pricing adjustments based on real-time market conditions.
Excel Upload

You can download a list of active products on this page, make modifications to various fields, and upload it back to the same page. The second sheet of the Excel file contains information on what you can edit.
Editable Fields:
Min Price & Max Price: When defined, these values set the minimum and maximum prices for the product, enabling repricing.
Fixed Price: Assigning a fixed price ensures the product maintains the same price without repricing.
Minimum Allowed Margin Percentage: The system calculates min and max prices based on your target margin percentage. You must enter the product cost for this to work. You can use either min and max prices, minimum allowed margin percentage, or a fixed price. If all fields are left empty, repricing will not occur.
Product Cost: Entering product costs allows the system to display margin percentages and amounts. This field is required if you choose margin-based repricing.
Handling Cost: Enter your shipping cost for merchant SKUs or the per-unit FBA handling cost. FBA handling costs are automatically fetched for FBA SKUs
FBA Mode: If you participate in the FBA Small and Light (SNL) program, enter FBA_SNL. Otherwise, you can leave it empty or enter FBA_CORE. This field only applies to FBA SKUs, and the system will calculate margins accordingly if you are in the SNL program.
Exclude From Bulk Min Max Update: Entering Y in this cell will exclude the SKU from any Bulk Min Max module rules.
Shipping Price: This read-only field shows the shipping price set for the SKU.
